Basic Computer Skills Workforce Microcredential
The Basic Computer Skills program introduces participants with little or no computer experience to essential digital skills for the workplace. Across three courses - Basic Computer Skills I, Introduction to Word, and Introduction to Excel - participants learn to navigate a computer, use email and internet tools like Canvas and Zoom, and apply basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills to create documents and organize data. Courses may be taken individually or as a full sequence; participants who complete all three earn a microcredential.
