Course Detail: FPM1 - ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification

The ServSafeŽ Food Safety Manager course is for individuals preparing for the ServSafeŽ Food Safety Manager exam. After attending the ServSafeŽ class and passing the proctored, multiple-choice exam with a score of 70% or higher, participants will receive a ServSafeŽ certificate. All classes are taught by faculty from the Nutrition Program at SIUE who are certified ServSafeŽ instructors. To receive and maintain certification, all individuals are required to pass a certification exam every five (5) years. Course fee covers the cost of the most recent edition of the ServSafeŽ Manager book, online exam, and learning materials.
