Course Detail: ADCFOODSCIENCE - Alternative Digital Credential Food Science

Earners of the Food Science Technician credential have demonstrated mastery of all required curriculum in the Laboratory Technician credential (Applied Science Fundamentals, Applied Math Fundamentals, Laboratory Safety, Introduction to GDP, and Introduction to General Laboratory Techniques) as well as the Food Science and Introduction to Microbiology curriculum. The Food Science Technician credential demonstrates readiness for entry-level careers in a food science lab or production facility.
