Course Detail: FPM1 - National Food Safety Certification

This ServSafeŽ Food Safety Manager course, conducted by faculty from the nutrition program at SIUE, is for individuals preparing for the ServSafeŽ Food Safety Manager exam (this is different than Food Handler). After attending the ServSafeŽ course and passing the proctored, multiple-choice exam with a score of 75% or higher, participants will receive a ServSafeŽ certificate. To receive and maintain certification, all individuals are required to pass a certification exam every five (5) years. You will need to purchase the most recent edition of the ServSafeŽ Manager book with the online exam code. A link to purchase the book will be provided.
