Course Detail: CAFA - CPR, AED, and First Aid

Course provides students the skills required to effectively provide CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), use an AED (automated external defibrillator), and learn how to administer basic First Aid practices. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive an (electronic) American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR AED Provider course completion card at the conclusion of the course. There are no textbooks included in the cost of this course.

  • Course taught by certified CPR Instructor with years of emergency medical experience 
  • Course taught at an approved American Heart Association Training Center 
  • Life saving skills training for those working in hospitality, with youth, athletics, and many others  
  • Hands on experience using AED simulator devices and adult/infant CPR manikins
  • Certification valid for two years in accordance with American Heart Association guidelines
