Course Detail: SDCR - Staff or Director Credential Renewal

Pinellas Technical College's Child Care training programs prepare students to be highly effective early childhood professionals. Each of our programs provide students with a fundamental understanding of the ages and stages of child development, how to create meaningful learning environments, foster relationships with families, support the social emotional development of children and program management. 

DCF approved course used to obtain the Staff or Director Credential Renewal. This course prepares students to renew the requirements for the state administrator credential coursework. Students must successfully complete the 45 hours of course work in order to be eligible for the Staff or Director Credential Renewal. This is a distance learning course that is presented in an online/ virtual format. This course does not meet in person, nor does it have designated daily class times. A schedule is provided only as a sample of how to manage time in this virtual course.

*Please note, cancellations must be made within 5 business days from the day an order is placed to qualify for a refund. All refunds will be issued less a $10.50 service fee. All refunds will be issued in the form of a check, and not electronically returned to any credit/debit/gift card. Please allow 45 days for refund requests to be processed.
