Introduction to basic adrenal adaptogen support (contraindications, side effects, and toxic effects).
Digestive health, digestive anatomy and physiology, and lab testing.
Introduce the 5R program, 5R healing, and fiber needs.
GI conditions and other conditions associated with dysbiosis (migraines and fibromyalgia).
Absorption and assimilation of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals.

Biography:

Charles Sefcik, DC, DACNB, CCN is a board certified chiropractic neurologist, certified clinical nutritionist,founder and clinical director of the Life Enhancement Clinic in Bismarck, ND. He uses a variety of conventional and functional diagnostic testing for improved clinical outcomes.
