One of the greatest challenges leaders face-whether during periods of uncertainty or growth-is letting go of tasks and responsibilities they once handled themselves and often excelled at. When leaders struggle to delegate, they can unintentionally become a barrier to organizational growth and create a perception of mistrust among their team members.
