Course Description: 

Level 1: Principles of Manufacturing Management

Time 32 hours (Self Study and Instructor Led).  
Participant would be awarded "Manufacturing Management" certification upon successful completion. The program will provide learners with the skills to make informed decisions, and the ability to achieve a better level of performance in Manufacturing Management field of study.  Each module consists of 3-4 hours of reading and interactive exams.

Level 2: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Time 30 hours  (Self Study and Instructor Led)
Student would be awarded "Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification upon successful completion. Focuses on both Advanced Lean Techniques and Six Sigma "Green Belt" methodologies.  Integrates theories of business and statistics, with the goal of achieving tangible results through the elimination of waste and improved quality.  Includes project planning and various statistical tools to equip students to be Green Belt certified and become a practitioner of Lean Six Sigma at their organization. 

Level 3: APICS Certified in Production, Inventory Management (CPIM)

Time 80 hours 
Student would be awarded Certification in Production, Inventory Management with a passing score from ASCM (APICS).  Exam fee included.  By earning the APICS CPIM, you become a recognized expert in operations and a valuable asset for your organization.
