Course Detail: TACH - Tai Chi

What is Tai Chi?

Reduce stress gently; feel better, through graceful movement and exercise.  Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition, which involves movements performed in a slow, concentrated, and intentional way with deep focus on breathing.  Tai Chi is noncompetitive, self-paced rhythmical movement that combines physical exercise and stretching.  Tai Chi is different than yoga is a practice that combines meditative movement and balance.
