Biography: Autumn Smith is a dynamic artist and dedicated educator based in Berville, Michigan. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with a dual major in Fine Arts and Art Education, Autumn is slated to graduate in December 2024.With a deep commitment to nurturing creativity and fostering a love for art in her students, Autumn has embarked on a journey through various educational institutions. She has served as an elementary and middle school art teacher at Imlay City Christian School, enriching young minds with her passion for artistic expression. Prior to this, Autumn contributed to the vibrant educational community within Chippewa Valley Area Schools, as well as Krause Elementary School, Armada Middle School, and Armada High School, where she honed her teaching skills and cultivated her love for inspiring young artists.Beyond the classroom, Autumn finds joy in exploring the imaginative worlds of fantasy literature and immersing herself in the great outdoors through hiking adventures. She is excited to bring her passion for art and education to College for Creatives Studies this summer, where she looks forward to inspiring the next generation of artists and thinkers.
