This Small Business Management (SBM) - Advanced course is intended for existing business owners who have completed our SBM 1 - Business Fundamentals program and are interested in gaining the skills and knowledge necessary to grow your business and make it more profitable. In addition to course work, the class structure is designed to help you build important business relationships with other business owners in our community. You'll also receive two individual advising sessions each month focused primarily on applying monthly workshop learnings to your business.

This nine (9)-month program designed to help you:

• Increase your sales and lower costs.

• Receive advising tailored to your business.

Class Schedule:

This course meets in-person on designated Wednesdays each month from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., October through June. (Individual sessions may be re-scheduled in advance due to holidays or other events.)  Classes are held in the SBDC Classroom at 729 SE Jackson Street, Roseburg.

Toni holds a master's degree in business. With over 15 years of teaching experience in business and entrepreneurship, she now helps students and clients turn ideas into thriving ventures.
