Come and learn about Australian art and the Aboriginal dreamtime, "Koori," The Australian traditional land owners. You will create using acrylic paint, exploring different painting styles, Aboriginal "Dot" paintings, painting Uluru an Aussie Landmark. animals, flora and fauna, Aboriginal abstract and much more! Join us for this artistic journey through Australia. A supply list will be provided prior to start of class.

Do you have a sewing machine that you don't know how to use? Do want to sew but have had no training or instruction? This course is designed to teach the basics of machine sewing. Skills gained will be threading and basic troubleshooting. Basic machine adjustments and stitch types. How to sew on various fabrics. Basic sewing terms and techniques including using simple patterns. This class is geared for adults and older teens. Students will provide their own machines, thread, pins, and scissors. Course fee will cover material for the first 3 small projects. Students will purchase their own fabric for project 4.

However, through persistence and training he ultimately became successful in this art form that has resulted in him selling several of his works, demonstrating that anybody has artistic ability when taught the basics of watercolor painting. In this course, you will learn how to begin a macrame piece, including selecting materials and estimating rope length and how to tie several basic macrame knots. You will create a few small pieces over the course of 4 sessions, and leave with a finished wall hanging and the skills to create more pieces on your own. Supplies and materials are included in the price of the course.
