Comix for Kidz

Learn the entire process of making comic books of your own, including developing fictional characters, writing/drawing your own narratives and illustrations, storyboarding and even publishing your own work physically or digitally. This class is for all ages and abilities and is neurodivergent friendly. We will organically explore various steps of the process at each of the classes, moving generally from the beginning stages to fine tuning and preparing for production of your finalized document and explore various ways of doing this. By the end of the course, you should be able to write, draw and produce your very own comic book illustrations.

DIY Screen Printing Advanced

We will focus on the graphic design elements and preparing artwork for screenprint application. There may be some crossover and mixing of these three areas of the screen printing process when necessary. This course aims to assist in learning the art of using a screen and squeegie to print graphic images on flat surfaces at home or in a studio, by the end you should be able to prepare and print your very own graphics on just about any flat surface.
