Course Detail: 27OOCSPONSORS - Oregon Operators Conference - INSTRUCTORS/SPONSORS/VENDORS
The 2027 Oregon Operators Conference will be held at the Douglas County Fairgrounds May 18-20 Attendance is estimated to be near 150 attendees. The success of this event is dependent upon the generosity of our exhibitors, sponsors, and instructors. Please review the sections below to decide how you would like to participate. INSTRUCTORS
We are currently recruiting instructors to help teach sessions. All instructional classes will be forwarded to OESAC (Oregon Environmental Services Advisory Council) for approval of CEU's. Instructors are welcome to present on more than one topic. The classes are typically taught in 1-hour increments but can be extended. We encourage sessions that include hands-on, interactive learning, and we welcome you to incorporate equipment into your presentations. We would like to remind you that demonstrations focusing solely on sales are not eligible. Please note that while we would love to have you here in -person, we will be offering a remote teaching option, just be sure to specify that as your preference when filling out the Instructor form below.

VENDOR/SPONSOR
Vendor/Exhibitor displays are available May 18 - 20, 2027. The registration cost is $700 per vendor space. Space fee covers one inside and one outside space. Operators are encouraged to visit with vendors during meals and breaks, and each track has one hour dedicated to visiting vendor displays. Vendors receive two breakfast and two lunches for one individual. Additional vendor breakfast/lunch meal tickets are available for purchase ($115) and Tuesday Conference dinner tickets ($50) prior to conference. Set up begins at 2:00pm on Monday, May 17th and tear down at 1:30 pm Wednesday May 19. Sponsorship levels include Gold ($2700), Silver ($2200), Bronze ($1200) and also Lunch sponsor ($750) option.
