Designed for experienced certified divers, this program prepares you to confidently assist and support divers with physical disabilities-opening the underwater world to more people than ever before. In this three day hands-on course, you'll develop the awareness, mindset, and practical skills needed to be an effective and compassionate dive buddy. Training includes assisting with equipment, entries and exits, buoyancy and trim adjustments, and adapting techniques to meet each diver's unique strengths and needs. You'll gain real-world experience that builds both competence and confidence. Our program leverages our commitment to a truly student-centered approach. Our instructors use a positive, empowering teaching style and incorporate adaptive methodologies in a holistic way. We recognize that every diver learns differently, and we tailor our instruction to ensure you feel supported, capable, and prepared.
