Instructor: Matt Hollub

No image available Biography: Matt Hollub is Associate Director for the Division of Environmental and Industrial Programs at the UA College of Continuing Studies and operations manager of the state's OSHA Onsite Consultation Program. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with extensive work experience as a health and safety consultant to general industry and the construction trades. Matt is involved in the development and delivery of education programs for UA SafeState and for the US Department of Labor. He holds a Bachelors degree in engineering from the University of Alabama and a Masters from the University of Southern Mississippi. His professional affiliations include the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) and the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), where he has served on national committees and as a local section officer. Currently, Matt is the President of the National Association of Occupational Safety and Health Consultation Programs (OSHCON), an organization representing all of the OSHA consultation programs throughout the US and its territories.

The THREE-DAY training course provides instruction on the identification, assessment and correction of mold problems in buildings. Practical instruction on mold assessment, remediation, and moisture control is included. It is intended for anyone who wants detailed, practical information that can be used to directly address mold problems in buildings and schools.
