In this two-day Management Planner course, participants are taught how to evaluate and interpret asbestos inspection results. Methods for assessing asbestos-containing material (ACM) risks and selecting appropriate response actions are presented. A model format for developing an Asbestos Management Plan is introduced and discussed.,

Asbestos Operations and Maintenance (O&M) training is designed for personnel who work in environments where asbestos-containing materials (ACM) may be present and could potentially be disturbed during routine maintenance or emergency repairs. This training, often called Class III or Operations and Maintenance (O&M) training, ensures workers understand how to safely manage ACM and minimize exposure risks.

An Asbestos Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Refresher course is a 4-hour annual training requirement for maintenance, custodial, and trade personnel. It reviews safe work practices, minor repair procedures, and regulatory updates under OSHA Class III and EPA/AHERA guidelines to maintain worker certification.

This one-day course is intended for renovation, repair and painting contractors who want to comply with EPA's Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule and HUD's Lead Safe Housing Rule.
