Biography:

Dr. Alexander Ruhe hasworked at the Chiropractic Clinic Wolfsburg since 2007.

Apart from treatingsports specific injuries in everyday practice, Alexander Ruhe was selected forthe FICS delegation providing chiropractic care during the World Games 2009 and2017. At a national level, he is the team chiropractor for the first league icehockey team "Grizzly's Wolfsburg".

Since taking office asgeneral secretary of the German Sports Chiropractic Council in 2008, heconcentrates on establishing and promoting sports chiropractic services inrecreational and professional sports.

His doctoral studieswere primarily concerned with clinical biomechanics and the effect of pain onhuman posture and postural stability. He is dedicated to the use of ultrasounddiagnostics complementing the clinical examination of the musculoskeletalsystem in order to offer targeted and effective treatment options.

In addition to his workin clinic, he lectures nationally and internationally on topics such asbiomechanics and sports chiropractic. He is also engaged in inter-disciplinaryresearch projects and author of peer-reviewed scientific publications onvarious topics.
