Dr. Andrew Klein received a BA in Physical Education from Lehman College in 1981, and an MS Ed. in Exercise Physiology from Queens College in 1983. He received his chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in 1987. He is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and is board certified in Chiropractic Sports Medicine by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians.

Professional appointments include being the chiropractor for the US at the Goodwill Games in 1998 and the Olympic Games in Sydney in 2000.He served as the team chiropractor for the Minnesota Vikings from 2004-2008. He developed the PT3 course, which emphasizes active care, at Northwestern Chiropractic College and has instructed there since 1995. He teaches postgraduate education for multiple chiropractic colleges. He has been practicing full-time in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department at Park Nicollet Clinic since 1999.

This course will cover basic principles of exercise physiology, team physiology (working as part of an integrated healthcare team), modalities in sport, photobiomodulation in healthcare (LASER), and strength & conditioning for the sports chiropractor.
