The CPM Alumni High Performing Organization (HPO) Conference is a specialized program designed to enhance an organization's overall performance and effectiveness. This training focuses on developing and implementing strategies, behaviors, and practices that contribute to sustained high performance. Whether you are new to the HPO concepts or an implementor of the strategies, join us in sharing thoughts, perspectives, and best practices in how to move organizations forward.
The schedule is designed to provide drive time on either end of the program so that you'll only need to be away one night.

- 4:00pm-4:30pm - HPO and Bachelors/MPA/MUP Information Session with Cari Ann Kreienhop and Don Jarrett
- 4:30-5:30pm - Break and Transition to Social Event
- 5:30-7:30pm - Reception at the Zoo with heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks
