Course Detail: ELA - Emerging Leaders Academy

The Emerging Leaders Academy uses a relationship-based model to explore topics that are crucial to successful leadership in the 21st century. The content is research-based but practitioner-oriented and classes encourage exploration of how the ideas and skills translate across work domains. As the session progresses, each topic builds on the last to create a broad, practical understanding of working in public service environments to meet the needs of our communities and constituents.
