Course Detail: ELA - Emerging Leaders Academy

Whether delivered online or in-person, the Emerging Leaders Academy uses a relationship-based model to explore topics that are crucial to successful leadership in the 21st century. The content is research-based but practitioner-oriented and classes encourage exploration of how the ideas and skills translate across work domains. As the session progresses, each topic builds on the last to create a broad, practical understanding of working in public service environments to meet the needs of our communities and constituents. Participants will walk away each week with valuable takeaways focused on both immediate practical use and long-term career success.
