Course Detail: KCCM - Kansas City/County Management Conference
2025 KCCM Conference!
The KU Public Management Center invites you to register for the KCCM conference set to take place on April 24th and 25th at the Oread Hotel in Lawrence, KS. As the proud hosting agency for this event, we collaborate with the Kansas Association of City/County Management (KACM) Conference Planning Committee to present the premier spring event for city and county leaders in Kansas.
Guided by the theme 'Daring Together: Bold Actions, United Communities', it reflects a forward-thinking approach to local governance. It also emphasizes the power of collaboration, encouraging leaders to embrace bold, innovative actions that address complex challenges while strengthening community bonds. Through real-world experts and practitioners, interactive sessions, and case studies, KCCM 2025 will inspire participants to think creatively, act courageously, and work collectively to build resilient and inclusive communities. Attendees will explore strategies for uniting diverse stakeholders, fostering engagement, and driving meaningful progress through shared vision and bold leadership.
Our goal is to create an environment where attendees can engage in meaningful conversations, share impactful stories, and envision the future of public service in Kansas. Whether you are a seasoned leader or an emerging professional, the KCCM Conference offers a platform to explore new ideas, connect with peers and organizations such as KACM, and contribute to the ongoing narrative of public service excellence.
We extend a warm invitation to join us in Lawrence for this enriching experience. Let's come together to come together to foster conversations that contribute to the collective story of Kansas. Register now and be part of the dialogue that will influence the future of our communities.
