This ELA cohort will meet in a hybrid format. Classes will start on February 15th and will wrap up on June 6th.

• On February 15th, March 21st, April 18th, and May 16th, we will meet in person from 9:00am to 4:00pm. On June 6th, we will meet in person for final presentations and a graduation ceremony. 
• On March 7th, April 4th, May 2nd, and May 30th, we will meet online via Zoom with the online cohort from 9:00am to 11:30am and from 1:30pm to 4:00pm. 
• For the online course dates, there will also be an "intermission assignment" of up to 45 minutes for participants to complete on their own between the morning and afternoon sessions. Participants should plan for 60 minutes (on average) of work between each class meeting to prepare for class and complete the required assignments. 

Since this class will meet partially via Zoom, participants must have access to:

• A computer or tablet with a video camera. Participants are strongly recommended to have cameras on as much as possible because seeing one another's faces each class greatly facilitates relationship development.
• A reliable internet connection. 
• The ability to access KU's Canvas system (http://canvas.ku.edu) via an internet browser to access materials and complete assignments. This will work best with Chrome or Firefox as your browser. We will send login information at a later time, but for now just make sure your organization doesn't block access to the site. 
• A location where you can engage without being interrupted. If possible a separate space with a door is preferred, and headphones with a microphone are recommended.
