Biography: Gary Gilles, MA, LCPC is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in private practice in Palatine. He is cofounder of Grove Center for Counseling and specializes in attachment-related disorders and chronic disease management. Gilles has more than 25 years of clinical experience and is the author of three books, including, How to be an Emotionally Intelligent Parent. Gilles is a national speaker who teaches seminars and conducts training on a variety topics related to mental health. He also is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Chicago's School of Social Service Administration, Oakton Community College's Alliance for Lifelong Learning, and Trinity International University.
