Biography: Michael Weckler CDM, CFPP has been in the culinary industry for over 20 years, his focus being on food safety and quality. Michael is credentialed as a CDM, CFPP (Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional) and is a Certified Food Safety Manager, and became a course instructor for the NRFSP Food Safety Manager Course - even going above and beyond to become certified as an instructor in the course for all 50 states, including the 11 that require the safe food handler certification.
