Michael Weckler CDM, CFPP has been in the culinary industry for over 20 years, his focus being on food safety and quality. Michael is credentialed as a CDM, CFPP (Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional) and is a Certified Food Safety Manager, and became a course instructor for the NRFSP Food Safety Manager Course - even going above and beyond to become certified as an instructor in the course for all 50 states, including the 11 that require the safe food handler certification. 
 
In addition to his food safety background Michael also holds certifications in the following:
  •  HACCP for Processing and Manufacturing of Human Food
  • PCQI 
  • Food safety consultant
  • Course content editor for a HACCP for Food Safety Course
