In this workshop geared to those who are not in professional process improvement roles, participants will learn what the seven wastes that typically exist in business processes and how to minimize waste in their area of operation. Regardless of one's role in the organization, there will be tools and ideas addressed that can be put into practice immediately that cost nothing to implement.
