Course Detail: HLTH-3603 - Aromatherapy for Health and Well-Being

Aromatherapy is required coursework in French medical schools, and essential oils are revered for their healing benefits around the world. This workshop is a comprehensive introduction to the many applications of essential oils. Topics include: how to use, buy and store, basic care kit, pharmacological and psychological properties, carrier oils, and everyday applications. Students have the opportunity to experience a wide variety of scents, and learn the life-enhancing and healing qualities of essential oils. 

Supply Use Fee: $5.00 (payable to instructor at class).

Class notes: Six (6) contact hours awarded to nurses, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, professional/clinical counselors and cosmetologists.
