Course Detail: LEAD-9022 - Crisis Prevention and De-escalation in the Workplace

This workshop provides an overview of crisis prevention, de-escalation, and conflict resolution, emphasizing their critical role in maintaining a safe work environment. Participants will learn how these techniques can reduce the risk of workplace violence, including incidents that may lead to bodily harm, injury, or fatalities. 

Course Objectives: 
  • Understand the differences between crisis prevention, de-escalation, and conflict resolution. 
  •  Explore the key components of each approach. 
  •  Learn how to apply the appropriate techniques in specific workplace scenarios to enhance   safety and prevent escalation.
