Course Detail: WELL-9225 - Mindful Movement with a Chair
Struggling to find balance in your life? Come join Robin Goettel in a mindful movement class! Learn postures and stretches to help you achieve a sense of calm, better concentration, and increased patience. With the help of a chair for seated support and balance, Robin will guide you through breathing techniques and relaxation poses to help you move into a state of inner peace.
A chair will be used throughout class for seated support and balance. There is no floor work in this class. Participants will benefit from these movement exercises with a focus on adaptability. Please wear comfortable clothing. Students will need to have a chair (preferably with a firm seat) and a belt or strap to use for participation during class.
