Course Detail: LLLI-9461 - Six Paths Qigong with Steven Lemner

Qigong (pronouncedchee-gong) is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, controlled breathing, and focused awareness to improve health, energy, and overall well-being. 

Gentle Movements:The exercises are slow and flowing, almost like moving meditation. They don't require strength or flexibility, so people of all ages and abilities can practice. 

Breathing:Deep, calm breathing is paired with the movements to increase oxygen intake ,reduce stress, and improve energy circulation. 

Mindfulness:Qigong trains you to focus your attention inward, helping you feel more centered and aware.
