Course Detail: LLLI-9461 - Six Paths Qigong with Steven Lemner

Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, controlled breathing, and focused awareness to improve health, energy, and overall well-being. Through slow, flowing movements paired with deep breathing and mindfulness, participants can experience reduced stress, improved energy, better balance, emotional well-being, and increased vitality.This class introduces a variety of simple Qigong exercises that can be performed standing, moving, or seated, making it accessible for people of all ages and abilities. 

Class Note: Each session includes review and new techniques, making it ideal for both new and returning participants. Register for one session or attend them all for a more complete experience. Wear comfortable clothing.
