Course Detail: LANG-9008 - Basic Spanish Conversation III

¡Hablemos español! Basic Spanish Conversation III continues building practical Spanish skills for adults who are ready to expand their vocabulary and become more comfortable carrying on conversations. This course builds on the skills developed in the previous levels, with an increased emphasis on speaking, listening, and using Spanish in real-life situations.

Students will explore a variety of engaging topics, including entertainment and movies, travel, the workplace, shopping, dining out, beach and vacation activities, and everyday conversations. New vocabulary will be provided approximately one week before each class so students can review and practice before coming to class. 

Through partner practice, small-group conversations, role-playing, and real-world scenarios, students will have plenty of opportunities to put their Spanish skills to work. Helpful grammar concepts will be introduced as needed, but the primary focus remains on communication and building confidence.You don't have to speak perfectly to have a conversation!
