Master Planning of Resources
Explore processes used to develop sales and operations plans; identify and assess internal and external demand and forecasting requirements; and create an achievable master schedule consistent with business policies, objectives, and resource constraints.

Topics include:
♦ Developing and validating a plan of supply
♦ Relating management of demand to the environment
♦ Developing and validating the master schedule
♦ Concepts for transforming sales, marketing, and business requirements into feasible and economical operations plans in various business environments
♦ Address methods for managing projected and actual demands from distribution networks and external customers
♦ Explore methods for integrating sales and operation plans, demand forecasts, and customer demand into a specific master schedule

Detailed Scheduling and Planning
Understand the concepts of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and material dominated scheduling as they apply to process industries and other mature production environments. Become acquainted with capacity requirements and capacity-planning techniques, including processor-dominated scheduling.

Execution & Control of Operations
Focus on three main areas:

Biography: Jim Noblitt is the owner of TTilbon, LLC. TTilbon, LLC provides specializes in ERP strategy, remediation, selection, implementation, and re-implementation as well as project management. Jim has more than 40 years of combined experience in operations, manufacturing and IT. In addition, he has more than 10 years of experience in professional consulting with large consultancies such as Grant Thornton, Ernst & Young, and Whittman-Hart. His primary areas of expertise include project management, business process improvement and re-engineering, information systems implementation, lean manufacturing, JIT, supply-chain optimization, operations management and delivering customized education and training.
