Susan Rumage Biography: Susan began teaching group exercise classes at the YWCA in 1986. She broadened her scope of training over the years to include certifications as a Personal Trainer, Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Exercise Coach, Yoga instructor and most recently a Functional Aging Specialist.

This course introduces yoga to adults of all ages. Yoga is a time-honored practice for improving the health and well-being of your body, mind and spirit. Through yogic breathing techniques, coupled with yoga awareness and guided meditation techniques, you will relieve tension and stress, increase flexibility, balance, coordination and strength, and experience deep relaxation.
