Rebecca Spuller Biography: With more than 16 years working for Fortune 500 companies as well as for small, privately owned businesses, Rebecca Spuller has extensive experience in a variety of HR functions including labor relations, facilitation and training, recruiting, talent management and organizational development. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), as well as the local Northeast Indiana Human Resource Association chapter of SHRM. Rebecca obtained a bachelor's degree in General Studies, minoring in both Labor Studies and Organizational Leadership & Supervision from IPFW, as well as a master's degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, focusing on Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Rebecca holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) accreditation from the Human Resource Certification Institute as well as a Senior Certified Professional designation through SHRM (SHRM-SCP).
