Course Detail: FIT113 - Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow integrates poses, postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation. Yoga can be practiced to enhance overall health, improve balance, heal injuries, strengthen muscles, and much more. This is a mindful and moving class, designed for students at any level to be able to participate in.

Instructor Adrienne Elkins is a strong believer in encouraging the beginner and inspiring the fitness enthusiast. She is currently the Wellness Coordinator for the Jorgensen Family YMCA in Fort Wayne. She has over 16 years of experience in the wellness area and is certified in Zumba, TRX, Strength and Conditioning Instructor, AFAA Primary Group, Personal Trainer, Group Exercise, Kickfit, Les Mills and others.
