Course Detail: FIT112 - Total Body Conditioning

Experience the ultimate fusion of cardiovascular and strength conditioning. Each class will have a different mix of cardio and strength format. The variety will ensure enhanced fat burning and alleviate boredom. Piloxing will be included, as well extensive core training, flexibility, and stretching. Resistance equipment provided.

Participants should have at least a minimal level of fitness.

Lynda Bradley is an ACE Gold certified instructor. Lynda has been serving in the fitness industry for over 30 years. Her greatest joy is motivating her members to embrace a lifestyle of wellness.
