Course Description:

This dynamic training is designed to prepare individuals for supervisory and leadership roles.  Through practical insights and real-world strategies, attendees will learn how to foster inclusive, equitable workplaces while strengthening leadership presence and building trust within their teams.

·         Effective Day-to-Day Communication including Conflict Resolution, De-escalation Skills, Motivation, and Instruction.

·         Interview skills, evaluation techniques, and ethical considerations.

·         Key labor laws, including ADA, FM LA, and FLSA, and how to navigate the regulatory environment.

·         Best practice in documentation.

·         Insights and strategies for fostering a more inclusive and equitable workplace.

·         Leadership and trust Building.
