Course Description:

This dynamic training is designed to prepare individuals for supervisory and leadership roles.  Through practical insights and real-world strategies, attendees will learn how to foster inclusive, equitable workplaces while strengthening leadership presence and building trust within their teams.

• Effective Day-to-Day Communication including Conflict Resolution, De-escalation Skills, Motivation, and Instruction.
• Interview skills, evaluation techniques, and ethical considerations.
• Key labor laws, including ADA, FM LA, and FLSA, and how to navigate the regulatory environment.
• Best practice in documentation.
• Insights and strategies for fostering a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
• Leadership and trust Building.
