Course Detail: YOGAT - Yogatry
This holistic wellness class invites participants to explore an integrative pathway to healing rooted in the E.E.Y.M.E.E. Method (pronounced YAY-MEE). Combining the restorative benefits of Yin Yoga, the energetic alignment of Hatha Yoga, and the therapeutic support of Thai Yoga, Yogatry offers a unique method for cultivating emotional resilience, body awareness, and inner balance.
This class supports participants in developing personalized practices to reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and improve holistic wellbeing. Through movement, breathwork, guided journaling, and optional creative expression, students will gain tools to navigate daily challenges with greater clarity, vulnerability, and self-trust.
