Chantel Tramaine Castle: A Life Rooted in Purpose, Passion, and Transformation

Born under the Southern sun, where wild honeysuckles bloom and the whisper of country life nourished her soul, Chantel Tramaine Castle is a force of nature-unyielding, resilient, and purpose-driven. A native of Landover, Maryland, raised in the heart of Georgia, she embodies the essence of a woman in full bloom, embracing the journey of self-discovery and holistic healing.

A devoted mother of one and a dedicated Holistic Practitioner, Chantel's passion for wellness stems from her own story of healing. Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in her spine, she turned to yoga, meditation, and mindfulness-not just as a practice, but as a lifeline. In 2021, she became a certified 200-hour RYT yoga therapist, founding Enamored Evolution Yoga LLC, where she pioneered her signature practice, "Yogatry" (YOGA-TREE), blending therapy, meditation, and self-expression. Through her work, Chantel guides individuals toward emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical restoration, teaching at Columbus State University, local studios, and even hosting international wellness retreats.

Yet, beyond movement and mindfulness, words are her heartbeat. A spoken word poet and self-published author, Chantel has graced stages across the nation, captivating audiences with her raw, evocative storytelling. Her poetry book series, Enamored's Ink, is a reflection of her soul-a mosaic of resilience, love, and divine purpose.

When she's not leading wellness sessions or commanding the stage with her poetry, Chantel dedicates her time to service and community upliftment, working alongside organizations like Girls Inc., the YMCA of Columbus, and the VFW Veterans of Foreign Wars.

With a vision as vast as the sky and roots as deep as the trees she grew up under, Chantel Tramaine Castle is not just building a career-she's cultivating a legacy of healing, empowerment, and artistic expression
