Whatever purpose brings you through our doors, we can help you fulfill it. Continuing & Professional Education has served the Chattahoochee Valley for more than fifty years—non-credit certificates and exam preparation, English language study, youth programs, personal enrichment, and testing services, all from Columbus State University.

Who we are

We are Columbus State University’s front door for learning beyond the degree. CSU students add industry credentials to what they are already learning in the classroom. Working adults build the next skill their careers require. International students begin academic life in our English Language Institute. Employers train whole teams. And sometimes a child’s first experience of Columbus State is a summer camp that makes a university campus feel like a place they belong.

Some learning pays off in a paycheck. Some is its own reward. All of it belongs to the learner forever—that is what Learning that Works means to us.

Meet our team
