The Central Oregon Chapter of the Oregon Association for the Education of Young Children presents its annual conference for 2025. This year's theme, Excellence through Educator Care and Wellness, highlights the importance of prioritizing the well-being of our esteemed professionals in early childhood education. Through intentional efforts across all aspects of wellness, we celebrate the many ways that we remain centered and dedicated in our work.  As we continue to grow as professionals and advocates, we recognize our needs for nourishment of mind, body, soul, and spirit. We celebrate the many ways that we show up for one another to be mindful of our needs for healthy environments, relationships, and practices that allow us to remain committed to this essential and meaningful work.

Throughout these ideas is the hope that we remain open, courageous, and engaged in our work and our impact while also recognizing the importance of our own wellness.  We hope this weekend of learning provides new and inspirational ideas for you to consider what constitutes wellbeing for you, as a member of the vibrant early learning profession.

El Capítulo de Oregón Central de la Asociación para la Educación de Niños Pequeños de Oregón presenta su conferencia anual para 2025. El tema de este año, Excelencia a Través del Cuidado y Bienestar de los Educadores, destaca la importancia de priorizar el bienestar de nuestros estimados profesionales en la educación temprana. A través de esfuerzos intencionales en todos los aspectos del bienestar, celebramos las muchas formas en que nos mantenemos centrados y dedicados en nuestro trabajo. A medida que continuamos creciendo como profesionales y abogadores, reconocemos nuestras necesidades de nutrir la mente, el cuerpo, el alma y el espíritu. Celebramos las diferentes formas en que estamos presentes unos con otros para ser conscientes de nuestras necesidades de entornos, relaciones y prácticas saludables que nos permitan seguir comprometidos con este trabajo esencial y significativo.

En estas ideas se encuentra la esperanza de que sigamos siendo abiertos, valientes y comprometidos con nuestro trabajo y nuestro impacto y a la vez reconocer la importancia de nuestro propio bienestar. Esperamos que este fin de semana de aprendizaje le brinde ideas nuevas e inspiradoras que le ayuden a considerar lo que constituye el bienestar para usted, como miembro de la vibrante profesión del aprendizaje temprano.
