T&L 2900: Putting the Marshall Evaluation To Work

This course is designed to provide an opportunity for teachers of all content areas, grade levels, and years of experience to more deeply understand six domains of the Marshall Teacher Evaluation, and find ways to use this learning to strengthen their practice.

This class will be individualized so that each teacher can focus on the parts of the evaluation rubric that is important to them (based on self-reflection, review of previous evaluations, and general interest).

The class will also be collaborative because teachers will share what they are learning and experiencing as they work through the course.

Specific reading and video assignments will be determined after submission of a self-reflection in Module 1. As we work through the course, we will also develop a "tool kit" and reading guide to accompany the components of each domain in the Marshall Evaluation Rubric.
