Biography: Mary Eldredge-Sandbo graduated from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, MN in 1981 with a bachelor's degree in Biology. In 2000, she received her master's degree in Science Education from North Dakota State University. In 2018, she completed her dissertation and received her doctorate of education in Teacher Leadership through Walden University.

T&L 2900: Professional Learning for 2025-2026 at DLBHS
This course is intended to build on last year's Action Research work. This year, teachers will select one area of focus that has the potential to strengthen teaching and student learning. While the Action Research work required classroom implementation and student data collection, this year's work expands to professional learning that may or may not include classroom strategies.
