Course Detail: 212HEALTHY - 212 Healthy Traveler

Feeling well, no matter where you are, is the best way to get the most out of your travel experiences. This course is designed to provide a fitness foundation through the means of walking. In this class, we will develop walking techniques, conditioning, stamina, muscle strength, and endurance. This class will get you ready to travel! A healthy traveler is a happy traveler!
