The Nine have garnered much attention over the past few years with important decisions on controversial topics like gay marriage as well as the Court's makeup of supposed liberals and conservatives with each presidential appointment. This course includes information on qualifications, duties, nominating process, salary, and terms of the Supreme Court. Information will be given on the 12 most important Supreme Court decisions, such as Brown v. Board of Education. Information and quotes will be presented on the twelve greatest Supreme Court justices as well. Course taught by retired teacher Mike Enright.
