The Painterly Print Workshop will introduce participants to the unique possibilities of creating one of a kind prints without the use of a printing press. A variety of materials will be used in this printmaking journey using gel printing plates. This technique is ideal for creating spontaneous monotypes that can easily develop into an exciting series of prints. Subject matter will include landscapes, textures from nature and abstract designs. We will work quickly and abundantly! A list of easy to find materials will be provided at time of registration. Gel printing plates, brayers, Golden OPEN slow drying acrylics and papers will be provided for this class. Look online for the partial supply list.
