Course Detail: MOLECULAR - Grandparent Class - Molecular Gastronomy: When Science Meets Food

Join SVSU Chef Kelly for a fun cooking experience! We'll explore the physical and chemical transformation of ingredients that occur while cooking and how traditional ingredients are changed by untraditional cooking methods. You'll make fruit caviar, mango eggs and chocolate coated strawberries dipped in pop rocks. Of course, you'll get to sample all the yummy "experiments!" Cost includes one grandparent and one child.
