Course Detail: LOWIMPACT - Fun & Lite Low-Impact Aerobics

Are you interested in getting fit but want to do something that's low-impact and will be easy to learn to do? Then join instructor Cindy Ellsworth, who is AFAA certified and Zumba certified for Basic I, II, and Gold,for this low-impact aerobics class! This class is a workout which includes,cardio, resistance, core, mobility, and balance. Great for everyone! This easy but fun workout will focus on using light weights and bodyweight for its exercises. Grab a friend and get fit!
