Course Detail: COOKINGANDCULTURE - Chinese Cooking and Culture

This class will combine Chinese culture with how to cook Chinese cuisine. During the class, we will discuss Chinese cultural concepts like why Chinese people cook the way they do and what's inside the dishes they cook. This class will focus on learning to make Kungpao chicken, Coca-Cola chicken wings, dumplings and spring rolls. Students will help prepare and then taste their creations! Instructor is Rachel Lu.
