Course Detail: CONTYOGA - 116 Continuing Yoga: Slow Vinyasa - IN PERSON OUTSIDE/Rain Dates VIRTUAL

This class is for you if you have taken the Beginners class or have been practicing yoga elsewhere and would like to keep up your practice. The instructor will lead the class with creative, slow flowing sequences to increase flexibility, balance, strength and endurance. Modifications and instructions for proper alignment will be given throughout the practice. Bring your own mat and blanket/towel (beach towel or big bath towel) to class. You will also need to purchase 2 yoga blocks for your own use. Rain dates will be held VIRTUALly.
